Support for children with learning difficulties in Pazardjik

In a small home in Pazardjik, orphans and children from very difficult backgrounds (mostly Roma) are cared for. They have experienced terrible things – violence, neglect, or life on the streets – and urgently need support to keep up in school.

Our support for the children’s home in Pazardjik

• Educational trip to the Natural History Museum in Plovdiv (March 31 – April 4, 2025): The ten children from the small home in Pazardjik visited the Natural History Museum and the Old Town in Plovdiv.

• Summer camp in Velingrad – 2024: A special highlight was the summer camp in Velingrad. Ten children from the small home in Pazardjik experienced a week full of cultural activities, museum visits, and nature adventures – unforgettable moments that brought them joy and inspiration.

• Learning boards for tutoring – 2023: With 17 high-quality and durable learning boards in subjects such as mathematics and Bulgarian (covering topics like fractions, multiplication, spelling, sentence structure, and more), children with learning difficulties at the family-style housing center in Pazardjik were able to expand and intensify their tutoring sessions.
