Creativity, Music, and Community: Our Projects in Action

From art workshops to musical highlights, we connect children, youth, and society in Bulgaria.

At Viva80 Bulgarienhilfe, we tirelessly support socially disadvantaged and disabled children and young people in Bulgaria. At the end of August 2025, with our donations, we were able to support the “Art and Jump” workshop in the picturesque village of Kovatschevitsa.

Unleashing Creativity and New Skills

Over four days, 40 children and young people aged 13 to 25 learned to unleash their creativity and develop new skills. In various studios, not only were artistic techniques taught, but teamwork, empathy, and self-confidence were strengthened. For the children from the region, this was a unique opportunity to try new things, make friends, and gain valuable experiences.

Engaging Parents and the Community

In addition to the participants, we actively involved parents and interested community members. Through charity bazaars and public outreach, we highlighted the importance of inclusive projects and promoted empathy within the local community.

Young Talent Concert: A Musical Galaxy for Young Artists

On December 12, 2025, we invite you to an unforgettable experience at the Bulgaria Hall in Sofia with 1,087 seats: “Opera Galaxy – When Music Creates New Worlds.” Following the success of “Galactic Fantasy,” Maestro Georgi Cherkin and the Young Talent Foundation present a spectacular concert where opera, classical music, and original compositions meet impressive 3D mapping projections – a new universe of sound and light.

In the first half, soprano talent Maria Slavova, together with Maestro Cherkin and the emotional musicians of the Secret Orchestra, enchant the audience and showcase the beauty and drama of opera in its purest form.

Opera Galaxy will take place on December 12 at Bulgaria Hall in Sofia.

The second half takes the audience beyond the limits of imagination with Maestro Cherkin’s composition “Galactic Fantasy,” where music and visual projections merge into an otherworldly experience.

This concert is not just music – it’s an explosion of sound, light, and emotions. We support this event and are especially pleased that part of the proceeds will benefit disadvantaged children in Bulgaria.
